Site Leader

Job Title: Site Leader Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 (Onsite) Contract Duration: 3 months (Temp to perm) Shift timings: Mon-Fri, 8am- 5pm Overview This is a hands-on role supporting office services in a professional environment. The Site Leader will oversee daily operations at a small site (up to 2-person team), ensuring smooth workflow, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction. The role includes administrative duties and customer interaction, as well as coordination with internal teams and vendors. Responsibilities Lead and support day-to-day site operations Perform office services tasks: printing, copying, scanning, mail handling, and supply ordering Assist with conference room setups (food/beverage coordination) Ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction Report facility issues and coordinate basic maintenance Supervise workflow and ensure service level agreement (SLA) targets are met Monitor and manage supplies using Oracle iProcurement Handle site documentation and reporting (daily, monthly) Provide training and direction to on-site staff Ensure payroll accuracy and timekeeping compliance Maintain internal team communication and positive work environment Requirements High school diploma or GED 2+ years of related experience Experience with advanced office equipment and service tasks Strong organizational and customer service skills Ability to set goals, lead staff, and train team members Proficiency with copiers and basic office technology Comfortable with moderate physical effort (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally) Business casual dress code Must be able to commute to site (no parking reimbursement) Interview will be conducted virtually Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
