Position: Staffing Recruiter Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Temp to Hire Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, based on experience + uncapped commissions Role Overview: As a Staffing Recruiter at Exact Staff, you will be instrumental in driving our mission to link passionate professionals with opportunities that suit their talents and ambitions. Key Responsibilities: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline. Offer guidance, resume feedback, and interview tips to job seekers. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires. Continuously fostering relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
