Drive and develop aftermarket sales within the territory. The territory can be adjusted at any time at the sole discretion of the Director, APAC Sales. Drive monthly parts sales and maintain accurate forecasting. Drive internal Cash-2-Order activities for Aftermarket Sales. Drive direct sales where required. Report Voice of Customer to Director, APAC Sales. Build and operate exploitation rate for all service customers. Build and maintain Equipment Passport Responsible for demonstrations of mobile and static equipment, when required. Support Capital sales where required with regards to service aspects. Generate market intelligence to support business initiatives. Develop and grow service capabilities in the region through partnerships Maintaining and monitoring existing customers' satisfaction Additional duties as assigned.
