FP&A Manager Manhattan, NYC (On-site Daily) CFS is partnering with a prestigious professional services firm to identify a strategic and technically adept FP&A Manager. You'll be at the center of financial planning and analysis, supporting leadership with thoughtful reporting, dynamic forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver impactful financial presentations that guide strategic decisions. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with department heads and branch offices. Analyze profitability, expenses, and capital expenditures to uncover actionable insights. Support firm-wide initiatives with financial modeling, data mining, and business intelligence. Drive improvements in financial reporting and systems integration. Act as a finance liaison to improve cross-functional collaboration and transparency. Manage and document technical practices related to financial systems and data flows. What We're Looking For At least 7+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong technical skills, including SQL, Oracle Hyperion Essbase, and Microsoft Office 365. Proven ability to create compelling visual presentations from complex data sets. Experience with Elite 3E or similar financial systems is a plus. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
