Job Title: Financial Analyst II Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 base salary (depending on experience) Location: Mount Hope, OH Benefits: Competitive Benefits Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Work directly with leadership and other key decision-makers, your insights will directly impact the decision-making process This team is known for investing in your future through mentorship and structured growth plans The ability to work alongside channel marketing managers to develop, analyze, and provide insight regarding sales tactics Full benefits, medical, dental, and much more Key Responsibilities: Partner with the VP of Finance and Sales/Marketing leaders to analyze financial results, drive profitability, and improve margin performance Lead monthly close reporting and performance-to-plan analysis, including flash reporting and forecast variance tracking Support board-level reporting by preparing quarterly financial presentations and variance explanations Provide financial oversight for incentive programs, ensuring accuracy in accruals and reporting Develop ad hoc reports and models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making Qualifications: 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally with exposure to Oracle/Hyperion or similar ERP systems Strong Excel and analytical modeling skills; experience with Essbase or BI tools a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CMA pursuit encouraged, not required) #LI-CL1 #FinancialAnalyst #CFStaffing #Hiring #INSEP2025
