Mailroom & Print Services Mazomanie, WI 53560 (Onsite) 12 Months (Temp to Perm) Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employee will be responsible for processing / sorting incoming USPS Mail and 3rd party carrier (Client, Fedex) packages at customer site. Employee will also be responsible for completing copy and print jobs on provided copier equipment. Someone with Strong customer service background, willingness to learn new skills, history of production print or mail room operations would contribute to success in this role. Responsibilities Process, sort, and distribute incoming USPS and third-party packages (FedEx, Client) Complete copy and print jobs using high-volume copier equipment Operate imaging systems and related document handling software Perform basic copier maintenance and clear paper jams Maintain supply inventory and logs; track meter readings and job charges Distribute mail, office supplies, and fax transmissions Respond to service calls and customer inquiries Perform filing duties and occasional light housekeeping tasks Support meeting room setup and basic building support functions Use bindery and finishing equipment as needed (e.g., paper cutter, stapler) Lift/move packages up to 30 lbs; may require standing, walking, bending Requirements High school diploma or GED 1 2 years of related experience (copy/print, mailroom, or customer service) Strong customer service skills Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems Good organizational, math, and filing abilities Comfortable with physical tasks and handling equipment Able to follow established protocols and multitask efficiently Willingness to learn new systems and processes Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
