The ideal candidate will be responsible for retrieving items via cart picking while ensuring order and inventory accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to meet performance metrics efficiently. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented  Cherry Picker/Reach Truck Equipment Operator   with experience operating cherry pickers and reach trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retrieving items via cart picking, ensuring order accuracy, and safely maneuvering warehouse equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to meet performance metrics efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Retrieve items using  cart picking, cherry picker, and reach truck  methods while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. Follow instructions and warehouse procedures to ensure timely customer order fulfillment. Utilize tablets for picking tasks and inventory tracking. Operate cherry pickers and reach trucks safely, complying with all warehouse safety regulations. Report any discrepancies or defective items to the supervisor immediately. Maintain  6S standards  throughout warehouse and pick areas to uphold organizational efficiency. Consistently meet established  picking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) . Adhere to all workplace safety policies and guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Experience operating  cherry pickers and reach trucks , with proper certifications preferred. Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy. Basic proficiency with tablets and warehouse management systems. Bilingual candidates preferred  for effective communication with diverse teams. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and conditions. Apply Today!
