Facilities Project Coordinator Salary: $60,000-$80,000 Our client is seeking a highly reliable and efficient Facilities Project Coordinator to support a range of corporate and facilities initiatives. This full-time, onsite role offers a casual yet professional environment and the opportunity to work side-by-side with IT, maintenance, and corporate project management teams. Key Responsibilities The Facilities Project Coordinator will oversee 3-5 minor real estate and facilities projects at a time, each lasting approximately 6-9 months. Core responsibilities include: Meeting with contractors, walking spaces, and reviewing bids Coordinating light facilities tasks such as signage installation, ticket counter inserts, and basic assembly Managing projects from start to finish, including setting budgets and tracking progress Participating in team meetings and communicating with vendors to compile and compare bids Maintaining basic Excel summaries Minimum Requirements To succeed as a Facilities Project Coordinator , candidates must bring: Experience working with contractors in facilities or construction environments Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously Proficiency in email communication and basic Excel functions (e.g., data entry, summarization) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following are considered a plus for the Facilities Project Coordinator role : Background in the airline industry Familiarity with or similar project management tools Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and corporate teams Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal Facilities Project Coordinator is someone who values reliability over technical perfection, works quickly and efficiently, and enjoys having their hands in a little bit of everything.
