Senior Estimators & Estimators - Heavy Civil Construction, Houston Our top employee first client who emphasizes "project don't build themselves, people build them" is hiring seasoned Estimators to lead cost estimating on large-scale heavy civil projects. You'll own takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor coordination, and bid prep-partnering with project teams to deliver accurate, competitive estimates that win work. What You'll Do: Lead full-cycle estimating for roads, grading, utilities, and TXDOT/municipal projects Analyze scope, value engineer, and assess risks Build strong subcontractor/vendor relationships for accurate pricing Stay on top of labor, material, and market trends What You Bring: 5+ years construction estimating Estimators - (3+ in heavy civil, 3+ on $10M+ projects) Sr. Estimators - (5+ in heavy civil, on 20M+ projects) Strong math, communication, and organizational skills Good tenure and dedication Must be willing to work in Houston, in office Relocation considered case by case You must already live and reside in the United States Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
