This position is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in a growing company and wants to make a lasting impact. Key responsibilities: Lead financial management activities, including reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Oversee daily operations of the finance department, including budgeting, policy review, and staff development. Supervise quarterly and annual reconciliations while ensuring compliance with tax and reporting standards. Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on financial strategies and business decisions. Manage cash flow forecasting and support strategic business planning. Serve as the financial liaison between the organization, employees, stakeholders, and investors. Develop and refine financial procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
