Job Title: Office Sales Assistant Job location: Longmeadow, MA Job Description: Supporting agents, calling carriers, calling policy holders, processing paperwork. Service-related duties, servicing of policy holders, process cancellations, etc. Customer-facing role, answering phones, sorting mail, simple endorsements in system. Responsibilities: Administrative responsibilities include; processing of new business applications, Sending documents to partner carriers, processing mail, etc. Customer outreach includes answering phones for policyholders and triaging calls Assists in the processing of new business, including contacting customers to finalize sales and service transactions. Identifies cross selling opportunities for Sales Agent. Identifies mass marketing prospects through existing book of business and community prospecting opportunities. Completes follow-ups on new policies to keep retention level high and capitalize cross-selling opportunities. Coordinates activities with other departments to ensure quality customer service Skills: Written & verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Salesforce capabilities a plus but not required Overall strong technological capabilities Strong customer service skills
