HVAC Construction Manager New opportunity for an experienced HVAC Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial HVAC installation projects! In this role, you'll manage every stage of HVAC construction ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, while leading teams, and working closely with clients. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing HVAC or mechanical construction projects Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry codes Experience supervising teams and subcontractors in a construction setting Project management, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and construction documentation College degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred (experience may substitute) Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Preferred Skills Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional HVAC installation projects Knowledge of MEP coordination and multi-trade construction workflows
