What You'll Do as a Senior Accountant: Own the month-end close process from start to finish: journal entries, reconciliations, financial reviews, and reclassifications Ensure accuracy in prepaids, accruals, and deferred expenses Work across multiple entities, including foreign currency and intercompany transactions Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation with operations Oversee fixed asset schedules and Construction in Progress (CIP) accounts Partner with supply chain teams to ensure clean data on inventory flow and order completion Prepare month-end financial and KPI reporting Support ad hoc reporting and special projects that drive efficiency Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function Who You Are: An experienced Senior Accountant with hands-on expertise in general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting Advanced NetSuite user with strong Excel capabilities (think Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas) Experienced with multi-entity accounting, foreign currency, and intercompany eliminations A proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven - you know how to meet deadlines and solve problems Why Join This Team?
