Title: Project Coordinator - Renewals Location: Baltimore, MD 21224 (Hybrid) Duration: 9 Months Contract + Extension Job Description: Terms of Employment • Contract, Nine Months (Likely Extension) • This position is primarily remote. Onsite work in Owings Mills, MD or in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore, MD is expected approximately twice per month. During Open Enrollment season (November-February), this may be as frequent as once per week. Overview & Responsibilities • Work with a leading health insurance provider as a Project Coordinator on their Account Implementation team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for mid-market clients, ensuring that everything from initial paperwork to the delivery of member ID cards is handled smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as a central hub, coordinating between internal teams and speaking directly with clients to drive successful implementations. You will... • Manage the implementation of account renewals, primarily for mid-market clients (51-99 employees). • Act as the liaison between internal departments, including Sales, Enrollment, Billing, and the ID Card team, to track progress and resolve delays. • Schedule and facilitate implementation meetings with both internal stakeholders and external clients or brokers. • Proactively identify and address any gaps or issues in the implementation workflow to ensure a timely resolution for members and accounts. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of implementation progress in various tracking systems. Required Qualifications • A minimum of three years of experience in a project coordination or a similar role in the health insurance space. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Strong, professional communication skills with the ability to present confidently and lead meetings with various stakeholders. • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
