In this role, the Controller will ensure efficient and compliant distribution of class action settlement funds, working with overseas companies and navigating the complexities of international financial laws and procedures. Responsibilities of the Controller: Month end and quarterly closes Overseeing AP, AR, payroll, some tax filing Communicating with partners, and overseeing two junior accountants Build and implement new financial processes and internal controls to improve operational efficiency Experience Preferred for the Controller: CPA certification required Experience with NetSuite is a plus Hands on accounting experience; day to day and strategic Experience with class action settlements or interest in learning this niche area #INSEP2025 #LI-SM1
