AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized service solutions. Support sales initiatives by streamlining sales processes, managing data, and providing timely assistance to customers Stay informed on current products, promotions, and industry trends to deliver accurate, value-focused customer support. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems and reporting tools. Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in sales support Collaborate with internal teams, including training and sales management, to develop onboarding and development programs for new representatives.
