Sales Support Representative has the following responsibilities: Work with customers to support them in their telecommunications search as they inquire about new devices Coaching, training, and developing team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Assist customers in processing their sales orders for new wireless or internet services Stay up to date with the newest services, updates and promotions offered by AT&T Conduct sales reviews and strategic planning Participating training to enhance skills as a Sales Support Specialist Maintain a positive attitude when working with customers to assist them with orders
