Office Coordinator About the Role Are you confident, organized, and ready to be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? We are a growing personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to support daily operations and serve as the primary contact for staff needs across all our locations. This is a hands-on, catch-all role where attention to detail, quick thinking, and a can-do attitude are key. Working closely under our Office Manager, you'll ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, resolving them quickly and effectively Provide backup front desk coverage (phones, greeting clients, reception duties) Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment Manage vendor relationships and coordinate building services, IT support, and equipment maintenance Schedule and coordinate staff lunches and events Support new hire onboarding, including workspace setup, procedural training, and maintaining staff records/schedules Run essential errands and assist with general administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Always treat clients, staff, and vendors with professionalism, warmth, and respect Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly (Filevine and Lead Docket experience preferred) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Confident, quick-thinking, and proactive problem solver Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Bilingual skills are a huge plus , but not required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
