ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is a well-respected and established food distributer Process improvement-oriented role- make things better Opportunity for career growth- move into a business unit or climb the ladder in corporate Company is growing Flexibility to work from home 2 times a week Impressive work life balance Excellent benefits Competitive salary Collaborative, friendly environment Amazing close knit team atmosphere RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER Assist with month end close, quarterly close and year end close Lead the commercial pricing process Financial planning and analysis, treasury, consolidation reporting, financial control accounting Build forecasting models, forecast, budget Oversee BPC reporting Support pricing, promotions and other manufacturing decisions Assist in preparation of key internal monthly financial reports Partner with various business units and leadership to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets. Identify opportunities to streamline work and improve processes to drive effective data analytics and provide recommendations that will enable quality performance management discussions and better decision-making. Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline work processes by working cooperatively Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as requested PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER 5+ years in food or CPG industry experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business Proficient in Excel and technical skills Experience with retail syndicated databases (Nielsen, IRI) required Ability to work in fast-paced environment Yearly Compensation $110,000 - $130,000 plus benefits #INSEP2025
