A mission-driven organization in Columbus, OH is seeking a Quality & Inventory Manager to help maintain its residential portfolio. About the Role As the Quality & Inventory Manager, you'll oversee the condition and compliance of properties, manage operational inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on quality assurance, ensuring that housing units meet regulatory and internal standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure properties meet quality and regulatory standards. Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Train staff on quality procedures and best practices. Collaborate with leadership to promote operational strategies and initiatives. Develop and maintain standardized practices across the property portfolio. Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and support operational efficiency. Monitor and manage operational budgets. Provide scheduled technical support to field technicians (remote only). Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in a related field. Experience with Yardi software is a strong plus.
