Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Float Location: Float between Mooresville, Avon, Brownsburg, Greenwood, New Palestine, Greenfield, IN Schedule: 3-4 days/week (M-F 8:00a-7:00p, Sat 9:00a-5:30p, Sun 9:00a-4:30p); must be available every other weekend with possible holiday rotations Compensation: $74.87/hour Contract-to-Hire Position Summary A-Line Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a retail healthcare team in a float position , serving multiple clinic locations across Mooresville, Avon, Brownsburg, Greenwood, New Palestine, and Greenfield. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver evidence-based primary and family care to a diverse patient population. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring high-quality care, patient satisfaction, and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide primary and family care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, health counseling, and disposition planning. Perform routine examinations, diagnostic testing, and preventive health screenings. Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Manage administrative duties such as clinic opening/closing, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, and maintaining clinic cleanliness. Support quality improvement efforts and deliver patient-centered care in alignment with company standards. Qualifications Master's Degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program. DEA License required Current National Board Certification and State of Indiana license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Minimum 1 year of recent primary care experience (family medicine or primary care practice preferred). Knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management. Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a clinical care team. Proficiency with technology and electronic health records. Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.
