For Remote Positions: *QUESTIONNAIRE* -List city/state at top of resume. -List shift preferences at top of resume. -For virtual positions, candidates should expect to be on camera for all of training and then for any meetings. They have a quiet place to work at home remotely? *Will look to convert top contingents to FTE* Timeline to fill: -Class Start Date: orientation: Fri, 11/14/2025 (Friday start date for Orientation. Training starts on Monday, 11/17/2025) IV/Offer Process: Depending on resume/experience managers will make offers based off resume review, other candidate's where managers have more questions, will go through 1 IV round. Schedule: All schedules will be M-F, training will be M-F 8 AM - 4:30 PM local time, post training contingents will transition to M-F with hours that they agree upon with the business Highlights - Training: Orientation on Friday (full day), Training Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM local time. - Must attend all 6 weeks without preplanned time off. - Schedules: Monday-Friday only. Estimated Start times: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 12:15 PM. - Split schedules available (4 hours AM + 4 hours PM). Required Qualifications 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications Preferred Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills 6+ months of healthcare experience Education High School Diploma or equivalent experience - On-site candidates may transition to remote after 6 weeks of successful training. - Equipment: Shipped directly to virtual candidates. - Parking: Free at all locations (except Hawaii may vary; would only need to report onsite for Friday orientation, training/work will then be remote). Responsibilities - Handle inbound calls related to pharmacy benefits. - Assist with coverage determination, prescription orders, and network pharmacy info. - Occasional outbound calls. - Use dual monitors and multiple systems simultaneously. Work Environment - Other on-site locations offer self-service kiosks or convenience store setups. - Comfortable and relaxed environment compared to traditional call centers. -Typical day contractor will handle 40-50 calls on average. - Remote workers expected to be on camera during training and meetings. Ideal Candidate - Customer service and call center experience. - Healthcare or caregiving background preferred. - Prior authorization, claims, or benefits experience is a plus. - Empathy and soft skills. - Computer proficiency and multitasking. - Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens. - Calm demeanor and problem-solving under pressure. Must Haves - Availability for full 6-week training. - Meet work-from-home tech and environment standards. - High school diploma preferred; equivalent experience accepted. - Willingness to be on camera during training and meetings.
