Product/Traffic Coordinator

Job Title: Traffic Coordinator Work Location: Addison, TX Duration: Contract through end of the year with option to extend Education/Experience Required: Experience and familiarity using Adobe Workfront, our project management software, is desired. Job Description & Responsibilities: Manage all assigned Product Marketing, Social, and Sales Education InTouch and Online Ordering jobs through January 2025. This will include all steps needed in Workfront from inception to delivery of new and quarterly projects. Workfront from inception to delivery of new and quarterly projects. Schedule project briefs, attend meetings as needed in person and on teams. Open and process all jobs in Workfront, maintain the flow of work and document progress. Step in as support for other account manager's jobs including routings, follow up with creative and project owners, etc. Work to Handle Amount Time Notes InTouch Pages and Online Ordering Pages for Product Promotional Periods, Social Content, Sales Education InTouch Skills & Qualifications: Experience and familiarity using Adobe Workfront, our project management software, is desired. Strong attention to detail and has the ability to work in fast paced environment, handling many projects at once.
