This key role in our AT&T campaign will directly involve you in delivering top-notch in-person customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, gaining expert knowledge of AT&T Fiber products, services, and common technical issues. You'll develop expertise in proactively engaging with customers, troubleshooting connectivity concerns, educating users on their equipment, and effectively resolving service-related challenges. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative Provide in-person customer service to existing AT&T customers in their homes or communities, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Help customers understand their AT&T service, including billing, features, plans, and maximizing high-speed internet benefits. Provide basic technical support for common AT&T issues like Wi-Fi, router reboots, and signal checks, guiding customers through solutions. Educate customers on their AT&T equipment, including modems, routers, and related devices, ensuring they understand proper usage and care. Offer empathetic and professional customer service by resolving complaints and concerns. Escalate complex issues to technical support as needed, while taking ownership of the resolution. Proactively engage customers to optimize service and ensure full utilization of AT&T services, contributing to retention. Meticulously record all customer interactions, service requests, troubleshooting, and resolutions using internal CRM systems. Maintain an expert-level, up-to-date knowledge of all AT&T products, services, promotions, policies, and troubleshooting protocols. Gather valuable customer feedback regarding service performance, equipment, and overall experience, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and brand representation for both 5M Promotions, Inc. and AT&T in all customer engagements.
