Great health benefits, retirement, tuition assistance Key Responsibilities of the Benefits Manager: Oversee and support the delivery of benefits programs and resources Serve as a primary contact for questions and coordination across benefits-related matters Assist with periodic program updates and information sharing Monitor and assist with alignment to governing policies and guidance Qualifications of the Benefits Manager: Bachelor's degree in business or human resources 3+ years of benefit administration experience (ERISA and ACA a plus) HRIS experience a plus
