SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER

We are seeking a Systems Programmer , in the Chicago, IL area , to join our team! The systems programmer is the primary technical programming resource for the company. *Resume must reflect Front-End Developer experience. Essential Functions : Design, develop, and implement C-DRASâ„¢ mobile application screen forms using Kotlin programming language for the company's Android-based mobile app. Programming languages required: C++, C#, , JavaScript, HTML, XML MS-SQL database administration. SharePoint websites configuration and workflow processing. Design, develop, implement, and support Internet and Intranet web applications for distribution. Create and/or review assigned deliverable specifications. Responsible for technical documentation, coding accuracy, software configuration, version control and code reviews. Work with other web developers to create scalable back-end components of web sites. Custom operational reporting as needed. Carry out specific direction from Director of Information Systems regularly. Conduct periodic training sessions with end users - May be one-on-one or group training as needed. Preferred Skills: DBA skills/certification or willing to pursue DBA certification. Microsoft SharePoint administration and workflow a plus. Willingness to obtain certifications and/or training relating to SharePoint and workflow processing. Certifications in any of the following:  ITIL 4 Foundation, Kotlin, C++, C#, , JavaScript, HTML, XML.Web page development and maintenance. Web page development and maintenance. Mobile app development using Kotlin. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. At least 2 years' experience in a programming role. Experience with mobile app development. Experience with data driven applications. MS-SQL database experience. Database admin experience a plus.
