Position: Sr. Project Manager Location: Fowlerville, MI area | Onsite | Full-Time Compensation: $100,000 -$120,000 + bonus As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage complex, high-value projects while serving as a mentor and coach to the broader Project Management team. This role combines direct project oversight with leadership responsibilities, including training, process improvement, and client escalation management. You will play a critical role in supporting strategic growth and ensuring best practices across the team. Primary Responsibilities of the Sr. Project Manager: Lead high-complexity projects, often serving as backup on high-profile jobs. Support project kickoffs and provide coaching, feedback, and guidance. Manage escalated customer service or repair issues. Mentor and train Project Managers, elevating team performance. Assist with process analysis and implementation of project management improvements. Participate in site visits, field measures, and installation scheduling (up to 25% travel). Support sales team by validating scopes of work on complex projects. Collaborate with Installation Manager to improve efficiency and train team members on field practices. Develop and deliver training plans for PM, estimating, and sales staff. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for installation issues. Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and design. Qualifications of the Sr. Project Manager: 3+ years of construction project management experience. PMP certification preferred. Strong knowledge of project management systems. Proven ability to mentor and coach less experienced PMs. Excellent communication skills, with ability to resolve conflict and build relationships at all levels.
