Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Are you a seasoned accounting professional looking to play a strategic role in a global finance organization? We're looking for a Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to join a dynamic and high-impact corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and will be instrumental in ensuring financial integrity, supporting business growth, and leading reporting excellence. What You'll Do: As a key contributor to the corporate accounting function, you'll lead external financial reporting, oversee the monthly and quarterly close processes, and tackle complex technical accounting challenges. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including tax, legal, and divisional finance leaders-to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. You'll also be responsible for drafting accounting position papers, supporting the implementation of new standards, and driving best practices in financial reporting. You'll utilize tools like OneStream to streamline data consolidation and develop efficient processes for preparing and validating disclosures. This role also includes working on special projects that support senior leadership, corporate strategy, and M&A activity. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA required) 8-15 years of accounting experience, ideally with a public accounting foundation Strong command of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance Familiarity with manufacturing and/or purchase accounting (a plus) Ability to lead, research, and communicate technical accounting issues clearly Why Work Here: Join a financially strong, globally diversified company that's been growing consistently for over two decades-now with over $4 billion in annual revenue and operations in 85+ locations worldwide.
