Associate Director - Life Insurance & Annuity Sales Locations: Harrisburg & Pittsburgh, PA Company: Transamerica About the Role Transamerica is seeking an Associate Director to join our growing offices in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with a successful track record in Life Insurance and Annuity sales who also possesses leadership experience or leadership potential . The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in recruiting, hiring/contracting, and training both career agents and independent producers . You will also manage an existing client base for service requests while building and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, and contract new career agents and independent producers. Provide in-the-field sales training and mentorship to new and existing team members. Manage and grow the current book of business, ensuring excellent client service. Develop personal sales through building your own book of business. Earn overrides from the sales performance of your team in addition to your personal sales. Qualifications Proven success in Life Insurance and Annuity sales . Sales management or leadership experience in the insurance industry is preferred. Proven interpersonal, coaching, and motivational skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
