Key Responsibilities of the Senior Systems Administrator: Tier 3 escalation for complex IT issues Firewall setup, security configurations, and compliance ( High Trust Certified - 100%) Manage backups , restores, and disaster recovery (Kaseya) VMware ESXi administration Security tools: ThreatLocker (Zero Trust), Kaseya One Suite , SentinelOne , Cavelo Proactive monitoring with NinjaRMM Qualifications of the Senior Systems Administrator: Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including configuration and management of Switches and Firewalls. Experience implementing security best practices and working with tools such as ThreatLocker, Kaseya One Suit (penetration testing) Proficiency in managing ESXi VMware servers. Familiarity with RMM tools like Ninja RMM . Solid understanding of ZeroTrust technology and cybersecurity principles.
