Remarketing/Titles Manager

Staffing Now is seeking a Remarketing & Titling Manager for our growing client in the North Dallas area. Lead a team handling repossessions, auctions, and title management for funded contracts. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and compliance knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all remarketing & titling operations. Assign, monitor, and follow up on repossessions and auctions. Communicate with attorneys and court officers on legal matters. Ensure compliance with FDCPA and state/federal regulations. Train and lead staff while meeting performance goals. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in titles, remarketing, or collections. Knowledge of UCC and litigation processes. Previous management/supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. High School Diploma required; bilingual a plus. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
