RN - Med/Surg

Job Title: RN - Med/Surg Location: New York, NY 10016 Duration: 3+ months (for contract with possible extensions) Shift: Days and Nights Schedule: 3x11.5 hours, Rotating weekends is a requirement, and workers must report as scheduled including holidays. Pay range: $65 - $68/hr. on W2 Certifications and Licenses: · New York State RN License & Primary Source Verification. · AHA BLS. Required Skills & Experience: · Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year. · Post Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in either Post Acute Facility or acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year. Qualified candidates demonstrate proficiency with skills including: · Physical assessment. · Medication administration. · Wound care & Infection control. · IV therapy. · Postoperative care. · Patient education. · Telemetry monitoring.
