Master Project Scheduler (Nuclear Construction)

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing firm, and we are recruiting for a Master Scheduler (Nuclear Construction) to support a leading clean energy organization advancing next-generation small modular reactor (SMR) technology. This is a 40-hour/week staff augmentation contract expected to last through the end of 2026 . This role is based out of the Houston, TX office. Priority consideration will be given to candidates in the Houston area who can work in-office 1-2 days per week. Remote candidates are welcome with the commitment of traveling to Houston 1 week per month. Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required Eligibility: Must be eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810 Position Summary This role works in close coordination with the Portfolio Integration Manager, the Director, SMR Product Development, Supply Chain Planners, and Commercial Project Directors to ensure that ongoing product development activities are fully integrated with customer delivery plans via an integrated master schedule. The integrated schedule will inform ongoing project execution, task prioritization, future project planning, cross-project interfaces, what-if scenarios, and long-term resource planning. Key Responsibilities Develop and document the standards and processes for integrated master scheduling with a focus on integration across large programs. Lead the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate with project controls leads to incorporate Program Level Schedules and other external schedules. Develop and maintain a basis of schedule document. Issue periodic status reports related to program/project progress including critical path analysis, milestone variances, milestone completions, and top-level resource issues. Lead the resolution of issues among various stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned.
