Construction Project Engineer

Responsibilities of the project engineer include, but are not limited to, the following: Create and maintain North American building standards/specifications. Support North American "Subject Matter Expert" related to mechanical, electrical, civil and architectural systems. Work with outside firms to complete client standards for building systems. Manage multiple standards simultaneously to ensure quick completion. Investigate building industry trends, global client trends, and current/past building issues. Utilizing that knowledge, introduce innovation and improvements for North American systems. Requirements: Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineer 5+ Experience in industrial building design & implementation. 5+ Experience in industrial buildings and building related systems. Deep knowledge of building design standards and specifications. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BluBeam, or other PDF editing software. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BluBeam, or other PDF editing software. Additional Desired Qualifications: Professional Engineering License (PE) Project Management experience
