Responsibilities: • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project • Review vendor Statement of Works provides feedback and recommendations to the CIO • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. • Update project epics, user stories, and tasks in the Jira Project Management tool and provide summary reports for client • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs for Phase 3 - Student and Staff data collection of Student Longitudinal Data Systems project • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders • Perform requirement analysis and document requirements • Translate business requirements into user stories for execution in agile delivery mode * Manage competing resources and priorities • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions • Demonstrate progressive leadership in the complete life cycle of software development in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and possess excellent written & oral communication skills and interpersonal skills ***Hybrid Position - 3days Onsite, 2 days remote.
