We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager and Technology Leader to help to spearhead the migration of a critical customer communications portal across North America. In this high-impact role, you will oversee technology planning, architectural design, end-to-end testing, and feature deployment for a transformative platform. Collaborating with diverse business units, you will drive the modernization of legacy and emerging CCM capabilities into a cutting-edge strategic platform. Drawing on your expertise in enterprise delivery, scaled agile methodologies, and industry best practices, you will play a pivotal role in executing a multi-year program to transition from OpenText xPression to a next-generation CCM platform such as OpenText Extreme, Smart Communications, or Quadient Inspire. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of reusable business document capabilities"”spanning creation, storage, and distribution (digital, electronic, and paper)"”to support critical insurance operations, including quotes, policies, endorsements, contracts, invoices, and more. In this role you will: Guide architectural design, development, testing and deployment of CCM product solutions in a fast-paced agile environment.  Problem solver and an expert at troubleshooting and implementing creative solutions to deliver on application objectives Partner with the business product owners, enterprise architects and other product team members to document and groom product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile development environment Manage migration and production support teams while building the solution to Global Platform standards Analyze and understand complex problems and generate appropriate technical solutions independently Review code, design, and provide guidance to developers Apply design patterns and in designing application that is resilient and scalable Provide system and budget planning recommendations to Global Platform Owner Mentor junior team members Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, equivalent degree or equivalent work experience required Good understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, integration, and other web services used in the solution Highly skilled at collaborating with business, software engineering, and Quality Engineering teams Knowledge of JIRA, Trello, SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools Validates that solutions achieve desired business result Set and manage stakeholder expectations Experience with software application integration Full Stack Development and Architect level proficiency in CCM Capabilities Hold CCM Product Technical certifications; Quadient Inspire certifications are a plus Rich experience in applying design patterns and in designing application that is resilient and scalable Strong soft skills - leadership - communication - facilitation - working with many different stakeholders with conflicting requirements and needs Proactive identification and management of risks Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment Experience in running scrum teams and scrum ceremonies (CSM - Certified Scrum Master or SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework certifications desired) Experience in large scale, Program Management and Status Reporting.  Global experience a plus including managing onshore/offshore teams and variable staffing model Understands insurance forms life cycle from product development to sunset a plus Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
