Electrical Assembler

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting Electrical Assemblers for a leading global innovator in advanced industrial automation solutions. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Apex, NC, working on 1 st shift. Responsibilities: Assemble electrical components and subassemblies with accuracy and care Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production guidelines to ensure proper builds Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, and magnification devices as needed in the assembly process Perform basic quality checks and assist with troubleshooting when issues arise Maintain a safe and organized work area while meeting daily production goals Requirements: Previous experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment Must be comfortable working with small parts, wiring, and precision tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings such as blueprints and schematics Must have strong attention to detail Familiarity with soldering process preferred Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
