CNC Mill Operator/Set-Up/Programmer/Machinist | DIRECT HIRE / PERMANENT Location: Clinton Township, MI 48035 Compensation: $21-$33 per hour Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday; 4:30PM-1:00AM) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for operating advanced CNC milling machinery and contributing to the precision manufacturing of high-quality components. Responsibilities Operate CNC mills, including, but not limited to: 2025 HAAS VF2SSYT Super Speed Machining Center 12,000 RPM Spindle, 1,000 PSI Thru Coolant - Equipped with 3+1 PALLET POOL 2023 HAAS VF3 CNC Machining Center Equipped with 4th Axis Rotary Monitor and maintain machine performance and quality output Interpret technical drawings and specifications Set up tooling and make machine adjustments as necessary Utilize Mastercam 2025 if familiar with CAD software Requirements Proven experience operating CNC mills Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation Experience with Mastercam 2025 is a plus
