Family Law Associate

Beacon Hill is seeking a full-time Family Law Attorney to join a well-established law firm in Yardley, PA. This is an onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for an experienced attorney looking to contribute to a collaborative legal team focused on family law matters. The firm handles a wide range of family law cases and is seeking a dedicated attorney who can manage their own caseload from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pennsylvania family law, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with firm leadership and support staff. Key responsibilities and qualifications: * Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and protection from abuse * Conduct client consultations, develop case strategies, and maintain ongoing communication throughout the case lifecycle * Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents * Represent clients in court appearances, conferences, and hearings in Bucks County and surrounding jurisdictions * Engage in negotiation, mediation, and settlement discussions as appropriate * Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines * Stay current on Pennsylvania family law statutes and court procedures * Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania * Prior family law experience required; 3+ years strongly preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent time management and organizational abilities * Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
