Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support the delivery of occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist. Support patients in performing therapeutic activities and exercises. Accurately and timely document patient progress and responses to therapy. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Qualifications Must possess a valid and non-expired COTA license. Hands-On Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
