Position Details Title: Senior Accountant Location: Littleton, Colorado (On-Site) Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant Prepare accurate journal entries for month-end and quarter-end close. Complete complex balance sheet reconciliations. Conduct detailed analyses to ensure accuracy of financial statements. Assist with audit readiness and year-end processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Support system implementations and enhancements, with large ERP experience preferred (Microsoft Dynamics a plus). Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies. Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a GL Accountant or Senior Accountant capacity. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions). Experience with large ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proactive, inquisitive mindset with a passion for learning. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
