We're currently seeking an Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist to manage customer invoicing, monitor aging reports, and ensure timely collections - all while leveraging the power of McLeod to streamline processes. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist : Manage and maintain customer accounts within McLeod Software Monitor A/R aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status Resolve billing discrepancies and collaborate with internal departments Prepare reports and assist with month-end closing Qualifications preferred for the Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist : 2+ years of A/R and collections experience (transportation industry preferred) Proficiency in McLeod Software is a PLUS Strong communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines #INSEP25 #ZRCFS
