What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus). 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry. Strong modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel (and ERP/BI systems experience). Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
