Forklift Operator

Superior Recruiting Agency is currently seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in New Castle, DE . The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, stack, and organize materials within the facility. This role requires strong attention to detail, commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Safely handle and transport pallets, crates, and products to designated storage or staging areas. Assist with order picking, staging, and shipping as needed. Maintain accurate inventory by scanning, labeling, and documenting product movement. Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company warehouse procedures. Support warehouse team with general labor and material handling tasks when required.
