Key Responsibilities of the Senior Auditor: Partner with the Audit Manager to perform internal audits and assess risk across life insurance products. Conduct process walkthroughs to evaluate control environments and document findings. Assist with audit programs, risk assessments, work papers, and reporting. Prepare written reports and present findings to the VP of Internal Audit. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards while identifying opportunities for improvement. Qualifications for the Senior Auditor: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 3-7 years of internal or external audit experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience with audit tools such as TeamMate a plus.
