Chemically process parts; Anodize, Passivate or Chemical Film as directed on the work order/traveler. The P34677LATER Processer shall be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities: Follow instructions on work orders and planning Demonstrate correct usage of shop equipment such as ovens and solution tanks Understand chemical solution control charts Wear proper PPE and correctly use provided safety equipment Handle Chemicals per documented procedures Rack and De-rack parts without causing damage Thoroughly clean all parts per specification and work order. Verify Water Break free surfaces Document Tank, Temperature, Time, and Rectifier settings in the appropriate sections of the work order Document solution requirements as required on work instructions Use inspection tools as required in performance of processing Visually inspect parts before, throughout, and after processing to ensure all customer requirements are met Manage multiple tasks at once and report directly to the Plating Supervisor EOE!
