Key Responsibilities: Compile and standardize financial statements Partner with internal teams to support month-end closings and financial reviews Perform reconciliations for escrow, reserves, and year-end balance sheets Prepare financial reporting packages for lenders and investors Support budgeting, reconciliations, tax return preparation, and audits Assist with financial due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; public accounting experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools Experience with Yardi + #INAUG2025 #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS #LI-MP5
