Maintenance Technician

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established medical device manufacturer in the Youngsville area who is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a great direct hire opportunity working a flexible 1 st shift schedule 6am-2pm Monday-Friday with some overtime requirements. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and building systems in compliance with cGMP standards. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Support installation, testing, and relocation of equipment as needed. Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a safe, organized manner. Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time. Assist with general facility improvements and repairs. Work independently and collaboratively with team members; flexibility in schedule may be required. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in equipment and facility maintenance, ideally in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills; ability to read schematics or technical drawings. Physically able to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, standing, climbing, and bending. Experience in general trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
