Contracts Administrator

Contract Administrator We're seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our project management team. This role is vital in coordinating contract and compliance documentation, ensuring accurate reporting, and keeping projects moving smoothly. What You'll Do: Prepare bid packages, subcontracts, purchase orders, and contract documents. Manage pay applications, insurance certificates, bonds, and tax-exempt certificates. Track and submit month-end reporting and compliance documentation (B2G, ERPS, prompt pay, etc.). Support project managers with contract administration and data entry. What We're Looking For: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, PowerPoint). ERP experience (Viewpoint preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Education & Experience: Degree preferred but not required. Prior contract administration or related construction office experience highly valued.
