Process Design & Implementation: Design and implement a sustainable and efficient intake process for risk review submissions; leveraging tools such as Slack workflows, JIRA, or other workflow platforms. Risk Review Operations: Own and facilitate weekly risk review meetings with senior leadership to review new, ongoing, and expiring risks, ensuring timely follow-ups and accountability. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, InfoSec, and other teams as needed to ensure risk reviews are comprehensive and aligned with company policy. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of the risk review process, decisions, and outcomes. Provide regular reporting on status and trends to leadership.
